Ben is an osteopathic practitioner who integrates the principles of osteopathy gained through his extensive 5-year training and thesis work at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver. He continues to advance his expertise with post-graduate studies in structural, functional, and biodynamic osteopathy. Ben’s focus is to assist people in addressing mobility issues, pain, and systemic concerns while supporting their journey toward improved health and well-being.
With an undergraduate background in exercise and health sciences, along with experience as a national-level athlete, Ben is equipped to help individuals with both acute and chronic conditions. In addition to treating symptoms, he emphasizes identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues, drawing on traditional osteopathic principles that promote and sustain overall health. Exercise and lifestyle modifications are often part of the treatment discussion.
Ben welcomes patients of all ages, including newborns and expecting mothers. His goal is to help people develop a deeper connection with their health, leaving each session with a sense of empowerment and the knowledge to boost their vitality and resilience.
